My son Hamza is collapsing before my eyes his pain is unbearable. His teeth are falling out due to a lack of vitamin D and calcium, and every day he cries from the excruciating pain I don't even have enough healthy food to give him to strengthen his body.I am a mother who watches her child suffer and is powerless to save him My husband is an amputee and cannot work, and there is no one to support us.
