This is getting ridiculously unfunny! I got an email back from my email that I sent this morning that I can't read because it is no bigger than an inch wide and even with a magnifying glass I cannot see what's written! I'm in tears calling the emergency line trying desperately to get someone to call me back! Why won't they pick up the fucking phone?
