Done. Obviously against it for many reasons: the planet is already on fire and in uncharted territory, tossing an obvious sop to Danielle Smith makes the Feds look weak, potential buyers like China are determined to reduce dependency on burning fuel, so we should be transforming it into petrochemicals, creating higher value products.

@barbra@social.vivaldi.net Absolutely. My main point was the obvious environmental downside, but also why can't we process this stuff into useful materials? Add value here at home then sell it to the world.
