I'd call it a little win, in spite of absolutely horrendous anxiety, made it through the day without meds (will take them to sleep though, I'm not *that* brave), without going totally bonkers, and managed to finish my first slog-through of the piano score for Merry Christmas Mr Lawrence. Fuck this shit, fuck this life, fuck this weekend, and nevertheless :meow_melt_thumbs_up:
