if we want to signal to other servers that a server is abandoned we may need a FEP
but it looks like a local feature

@skavish@welley.social Is there a reason to not want to signal that? Being able to shift abandoned websites into a moderation queue or otherwise flag posts coming from such sites automatically seems like it would be a valuable feature enabled by such signalling.
