@jcrabapple@dmv.community @thibaultmol@en.osm.town Do you really know how your bot decides which requests to flag? It might look at signals that do not make any sense or are unfair.
I use this script to import a list of known disposable e-mail addresses: https://codeberg.org/datenfreude/emailblock
On my server, this reduces the number of spammy registration by ca. 95%.

@chpietsch@fedifreu.de @thibaultmol@en.osm.town yes if you reread my post you'll see that I mentioned that I've trained it. It also errors on the side of caution and escalates to me for review. I use a similar set of known disposable emails.
