@peachfront Or maybe not? The US Right has yanked the Overton window over and over by proposing appalling things and then said "j/k let's compromise on something slightly less heinous!!" and somehow get seen as being reasonable and open to bipartisanship. Why NOT get everyone pissed off that the Left is coming for their guns and then propose a sane compromise that makes that look moderate? @mpjgregoire @chrisgeidner
