Q1a. Where are you posting from today?
Q1b. Have you booted a tire before (as in put a barrier/patch inside your tire casing to prevent an inner tube from bulging through)? Is this a temporary fix, or can it last the life of the tire?

In fact, before coming here, I had not been aware of the practice. Most of my punctures have not involved large cuts to the tyre, so it never seemed necessary. But at least now I know what to do if I have to. #bikenite
