yeah we're far far far FAR past the point of "don't upset russia"
and a lot of these provocations and responses happen in secret, but optics matters because russia is also aiming at political opinions

@benroyce@mastodon.social Exactly. That’s exactly what’s happening here in Germany at the moment, with the upcoming state elections. Politicians are deliberately posting fake news on fake websites.
