Luckily for Londoners, this microphone #terrorism was halted by prompt arrest of the #terrorist. I heard no mention of #PalestineAction. It seems that this was a crackdown on Microphone Action. @2legged@mastodon.ie These corrupt idiots will use any excuse to call someone a terrorist. Device has microphone? "must be a terrorist." (some British cop) Doesn't like fascism? "must be a terrorist." (Trump) Is transgender? "must be a terrorist." (Trump) Is holding a blank piece of paper in protest? "must be a terrorist." (Putin) I remember when these kinds of words meant something. I don't want to be defamed as the same maniacs who wants me dead, just for simply having a recording app on my phone.

@2legged@mastodon.ie Well the govt wants to silence dissent against their complicity in genocide, which is why they abused their power to make #palestineaction a "terrorist group" in the first place. So it only makes sense they would focus on arresting those making the most noise. #LabourFriendsOfGenocide
