So of course we're not done. I picked up the script earlier and the pharmacist said something about extended release..
Anyways I was just refilling my pill case and was reminded of the extended release and the instructions say 2 at breakfast... My doctor said 1 pill twice a day no mention of extended release.
So I'm making up my own rules until my doctor responds tomorrow and taking 1 in the morning. 😮💨

@grimmy@mastodon.social What the fuck formulation/compouding of losartan is slow-release? In general, it should be incredibly well-tolerated and has a really short half-life in your body, so I don't think you are at risk of harm (you are below 250mg/day, right)?
