Ugh, really getting tired of the trope that neurotypical people apparently can't be empathic, or have principles that they'll stand by. It's lazy. If you want to reference sociopaths or psychopaths, say that. It's as boring and false to say 'all neurotypical people...' as it is to say 'all neurodiverse people...'. As yes, I'm aware that this might come across as 'not all men', but there's not really a way round this (other than recognising that it may sound like whining from what's assumed to be a majority who have the privileges of living in a world seemingly designed for them). But I just don't like lazy stereotyping, whichever way it's travelling.
