Food prices go up, except for the meat and diary, at least for now. Global food prices have soared to a three-and-a-half-year high. While prices remain 18.2% below their all-time highs set in March 2022, the recent rise marks a sharp reversal from previous periods of stabilization. The reasons are obvious: wars all over the planet, and the weather problems - it's too hot and dry in the West, and too wet and windy in the East. Grains, veggies, and sugar will be more expensive on the shelves soon.
