Try dumping your incoming request queue in the db. That'll probably clear it out, otherwise you probably have to wait for the queue'd up posts to finish showing up and then it'll go back to not gay.
This was a pretty big one so there's probably a shitton of requests

I don't know how to cancel them all, this portal only does a few at a time before freezing up. I'll let it clear with time and hopefully some of my :troonsmile: posts federate to unsuspecting servers.
