I bookmarked an interesting Reddit post where a Norwegian-born(?) guy remarked on the bad feedback practices in Germany where focus was solely on the bad things, the issues, and never on things that actually worked or were done well - always criticizing and bickering. he removed the post due to the negative feedback he received by Germans.
