Hamza suffers in silence… He clutches his face in pain from his teeth, and his small body can't bear it. He's deficient in calcium and vitamin D and needs a constant supply of healthy food, but I'm unable to provide even his most basic needs. My child is suffering before my eyes, and all I can do is pray… Please don't leave him like this.
