@AndiBarth@muenchen.social Unless you're really pressed for space on the backup medium, I'd take the simple approach and back up everything -- except swap files, if you are using swap files instead of a swap partition.

@jjdavis@infosec.exchange I just try to exclude the "easy" parts. Technically I know I could focus only on /etc and /home, but well. But no need to keep duplicates for archive.d.o :)
