You could try searching. But I'll hold your hand. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/V-coding It illustrates the flaw with "better to be judged by twelve than carried by six." Spoiler tag for hard truths you're probably better not knowing: ::: spoiler spoiler Here's how things will work for a trans woman who exercises armed self-defense in a state like Wyoming: 1. Regardless of the circumstances of the case, she will be arrested and charged with assault or murder. 2. When arrested, she will be taken to a male prison, regardless of whether she has male or female anatomy. 3. At her trial, half the jurors will want to convict her simply for being trans. Her claim to self-defense will fail, and she will be convicted. 4. While in prison, the guards will literally use her as a reward for male inmates. She will be moved around from cell to cell, used as a tool of positive discipline to keep the male inmates in line. A male prisoner agrees to serve as an informant? Let him have the trans woman for a few nights as a reward. A male prisoner normally acts out, but has been on good behavior? Lock her up with him and let him rape her for a few days as a reward. The guards literally use trans women as a currency to reward male prisoners. This is not an uncommon practice. When a trans woman is sentenced to prison, she is being sentenced to daily rape and sexual assault. ::: You sure it's better to be judged by twelve than carried by six?
