@manualdousuario@mastodon.social @micr0@wetdry.world while it's not automated, I have my Dad (who's in his 80s living alone) message me over Signal every day about the same time. If I haven't heard by 10-11pm, I'm to ring him. If I get no answer, I have two local people who can go to him. Whatever anyone's "system" is, it puts the vulnerable person in the safest place. If that's an auto ping, then do that. Sounds like a good project.
