@yama@kinkycats.org @kaisla@eliitin-some.fi Rowling's plan is to pay others to sue, forcing AI to spend money & time defending itself Multiply that by the number of organisations named And if they lose, they appeal & do it again, Rowling has an effectively infinite money pit & a whole lot of vindictiveness AI will get their costs back eventually but not before they're sued a bunch more times & possibly bankrupted Being right won't save AI And that's if AI win every court case, which could take years That's why AI caved
