Hottest nights ever in Central Europe: new national record high nightly minimum temperatures: 28.4°C in Skalica, Slovakia 28.0°C in Budapest Janos, Hungary (via @extretemps@toot.community on Bluesky) A minimum of 28°C is not good for sleeping. Air conditioners weren't necessary until recently in these countries.
