DSM support needs criteria *only* includes social communication and restricted, repetitive behaviors. There are a non-trivial amount of undiagnosed or self-diagnosed autistic people who meet the criteria for "medium support needs". There are a non-trivial amount of "low support needs" diagnosed people who have higher actual support needs than some "medium support needs" people. #autism
