@neatnik@social.lol I suggest adding a part on what not to do. Like being overly brief (based on your examples, the alt-text being one word "geese" or "puppy"), not just repeating the text from the post to which the image is attached, and not adding stuff that is not actually relevant to the image itself (like say, a joke about how geese are unruly - that should go in the post itself). All of those are things I've noticed in alt-text before.

It's far from finished, not even half of the over 50 pages planned right now are written. As of now, it'll have 32 rules and guidelines on what to do, how to do it and what not to do.
