Dang. Google Translate has gotten really good what the heck. I checked a text I wrote in rather unique Japanese ──filled with calques, neologisms, historical orthography, archaic kanjis and kanas── and cross-translated it with Google Translate, Kagi Translate, DeepL, PLaMo, and Papago. And it seems like Google Translate is doing shockingly great at JP→EN translation here...
