Oh look, another repeat rapist / attempted murdering multi-felon nigger murdered a woman after 30+ prior arrests &amp; the Fairfax DA refused to prosecute. Who could&#39;ve seen this coming? Edit: This judge has got to go. ( :KysRope: ) Look at the replies on his most recent Twitter post. Apparently this isn&#39;t the first, second, third or fourth time a criminal piece of shit brown / nigger has been arrested dozens of times &amp; he&#39;s &quot;decline to prosecute&quot; them allowing them to kidnap children, assault people, and yes murder someone after he dismissed their cases.
