As I block bullshit "cybersecurity vendor" accounts due to posting bullshit "critical news" (some of it years old) I wonder if Mastodon server admins look at metrics like "accounts blocked by the most people". If so, do they take actions on those that are grift, bullshit, and/or bot accounts? This isn't criticism or claiming that they don't police accounts. I just happen to be hyper sensitive to bullshit in my field which makes the BS account posts stand out to me and that made me wonder about this.
