@Nonilex@masto.ai 1/ i was at one point a contract developer at BofA. despite the fact that i was no where near banking (either retail or wholesale), i was still required to take annual money laundering training - how to spot signs of it, and how to report it up the chain. i never knew what happened up the chain, but it was clear that it was taken very, very seriously.

@Nonilex@masto.ai 2/ the one thing i'm quite sure about is that Capital One will have documented the hell out of this, and it will be very unfortunate for those involved if those records ever come out.
