@evacide@hachyderm.io The existence of Flock & its related technologies really point to the level of paranoia evident in their thinking. Monetizing anxieties built up by the likes of Fox News. Years of race-baiting bullsh*t about "crime rates in Democrat cities" morphed into fascist ICE raids & constant state surveillance. The former Yugoslavia dissolved into murderous civil war with that type of "hate thy neighbor" malign influence. They are now stuck as a weaker set of states. Easy pickings for Putin.
