    @alyx@frogs.lgbt What paperwork do they want? There's no rules saying a random US citizen can't possess ITAR restricted stuff, e.g. my PVS-14 is ITAR controlled and I could buy it no problem. IIRC all I had to do was declare that I was a US citizen (I don't even think they wanted to see a passport etc) and that I understood I wasn't allowed to take it out of the country, give it to a foreign national, etc. And this was from an authorized dealer not some rando on eBay or something. If they are demanding that you be an ITAR registered company, that's a different story. But that normally only applies to *manufacturing* of defense articles, not possession
