Anybody out close to the Las Vegas, NV area that may be able to help out a close, sensitive friend of mine out that way, and provide temporary shelter for? She's getting distraught, neglected and poorly treated by her abusive brother, doesn't have family elsewhere; She needs resource and someone to help look after her, but I don't know who to turn to.
