@akareilly@hachyderm.io Recently saw someone state that “if it won’t damage a car it won’t protect a cyclist.” Works for pedestrians, too.

@tantramar@zeroes.ca @akareilly@hachyderm.io The solution is to get rid of cars and in the meantime to make them, at best, fourth class constituents of urban road use 1. Pedestrian/mobility aid priority 2. No engine / tiny engined one to three wheelers next 3. Electric public transport next 4. Everything else on a short leash en route to being recycled
