Many families have more than 3 children and elderly parents to support. The determined minimum comes down to maybe $5 per person a day, which barely covers the cost of food if it does. And 200 families aren't receiving even that. And the cost for rent isn't even considered yet. Nor medical treatments. Nor clothing. The people begging you for help aren't scammers nor are they greedy. They are desperate to survive. The people wearing the same cloths in every photo aren't suspicious, it's just all they have.
