I ordered some new pants for work a couple of months ago -- black, of course, for my daily uniform... I've only washed them maybe a dozen times, and they're faded as fuck - went from black to gray to almost light gray -- can't hardly wear them to work anymore so I called the company and explained the issue. The nice lady on the phone shipped my new pair as soon as we got off the phone, and I get them tomorrow. She also played Mom and told me to wash them in COLD water instead of hot -- I guess that helps keep the color vibrant... anyway, squeaky wheel gets the 2nd pair free- - nice to work with a company that stands behind their product.
