ukraine has to go after electricity for the missile factories and 188 hi tension substations, the grid has failover but only to an extent - that is a reasonable goal in next 40 days they can achieve with saturation attacks, dummy drones, swarm navigation, mesh networks, liberal ew, liberal fiber ukraine has been on a tear they need to keep the foot on the gas and push for regime change and diplomatic settlement closure would be huge for the global economy - it could happen in 2-4 mos #perch and stare
