Just the other day I was praising my workplace for not having ""goal setting"" as a thing, so we can just fucking do what we were hired to do.... and here comes the .MD files and indicators of success. My agent took the instructions to make those indicators "green" and set exemptions on required updates until the year 2099 Now, my indicator boxes are all green and my boss has a "good team" which he is happy with.
