@hikari@social.noyu.me The knowledge is there still, compressed into multidimensional vector trees. The last 30 years all the knowledge workers were pontificating how HUMAN KNOWLEDGE grows at such a geometric rate that no one can keep up. Before #Ai came, #researchers stopped reading papers, they were reading abstract only, because the volume was just too damn high. Now every arsehole with a high token budget can conduct their own #metastudy of hundreds of papers. If you want to lament how human #knowledge is changing for the worst, the action time, as usual in a case of a catastrophe, was decades earlier. #epistemology
