If the goal is to make a profit for private owners, you are going to get this shit eventually. Regulating the fuck out of it might make it feel better but only in comparison. We could regulate a system where the workers own the means of production too. But we should be making things that last forever, protect our planet, etc. Profit is antithetical to sustaining life so, advocating for that sounds insane.
