@scottmiller42@mstdn.social A complex topic with so many variables (cost, budget, resources and pay grades, backlogs, schedules, quality (do we want to do more, or the same with higher quality, or faster?), vision, all sorts of constraints 🤯. Each company and maybe even teams will be different.

@scottmiller42@mstdn.social You mentioned management on your first post, they'd better come up with something rock solid, or their half baked guidance will invite more questions than anything else. A perfect topic for a whole team brainstorming meeting (might be a long one but hopefully productive) 😊
