Dr. Abdul El-Sayed was outspent 9:1 in the Senate primary. With over $60 million in backing from AIPAC-aligned groups and corporate interests, every Michigan Dem got to hear Haley Stevens’ message — and they still picked Abdul’s vision of money out of politics, money in your pocket, and Medicare For All.
