This article reminded me of the importance of Indoor Air Quality (IAQ). I live and work in a small air-tight apartment so I consider this important. For years, I have an #AirGradient sensor on my desk which I hooked up via #HomeAssistant to turn my fresh air ventilation on and off based on CO2 levels. I feel it improved my cognitive ability and I never feel drowsy now, even without coffee.
