Oh, what’s that California HCAI department? You are now saying you can’t disburse my scholarship you signed a contract with me about because a checkbox was unchecked that neither the program officer nor I noticed? And because my scheduled courses are on the tuition statement instead of the unofficial transcript because that’s just how the university does it? And I’ve been in constant communication with you and my university for weeks verifying my full enrollment in the program multiple times over? And because of that, I have to wait several more days for you all to make a decision, leaving me no time for alternatives and then I might suddenly have to either come up with USD $5,600 in a week or withdraw from my grad school entirely? I want to scream and cry and scream some more.
