I've been trying to develop a terminal-like portable computer that's able to survive desert heat, arctic freezing, and resist dust damage. All the while being cost effective to make on a DIY budget It's like that NASA's "Faster, Better, Cheaper: Pick 2" dilemma So far, I'm only at the keyboard stage, but I think the keyswitch will work. We'll see after testing in my freezer for a bit, followed by the greenhouse treatment on my balcony in the summer heat
