I used the query "pre-existing mental health coverage" to look into it. My PIP will cover it (if they renew it. Still no word, but they are apparently backed up, even more than usual.) Just being open about what I'm considering. I hate insurance but I am literally going to die sooner than later if I rely solely on the NHS' mental (anti) health care.
