What AI Slop proponents get wrong is that Art is not a thing in itself. Art, Music, Crafts, even householding and gardening, each have their meaning and fulfillment and their spirit from the process, the act of creating it. If a machine hallucinates it, it's not art. It's art-like vomit from an heartless, soulless, ignorant machine that cannot endow it with any spirit or any meaning.
