A Ukrainian greengrocer narrowly escaped death when he was hunted by a Russian drone on the streets of Kherson. Footage shows the market vendor, named as Yuri, trying to evade the remotely controlled aircraft as it stalks him in the city, which is on the front line of the war in Ukraine. The incident is being seen as an example of a Russian "human safari" targeting civilians. In the video, the first-person view (FPV) drone can be seen making several lunges at Yuri before nosediving and exploding next to his van. Yuri, 52, said it was the second time he had been targeted. Yuri, who suffered concussion, shrapnel wounds and burns, said he had started to unload his vegetables and was setting up his stall when he heard the buzzing sound of the drone. He said: "You couldn't even see it at first, it flew out from somewhere behind the market. I was trying to show the drone the vegetables, but it started flying right at me." Volodymyr Zelensky described the attack as "evil". The Ukrainian president said: "The world must see this.
