Looking more carefully at the moon map and https://stellarium-web.org/, I think the impact will be more like the 9 o'clock position on the moon as viewed from my latitude (50 N)

I'm trying to decide if I should set up my telescope, sleep for a couple of hours, then get up and watch the moon. Or try to stay up WAY past my bedtime. I used to be so good at staying up late (helloooo astronomer) but I have done mostly simulations and exclusively queue-based remote observing for many years at this point. But if I set up my telescope and go to sleep, I will definitely invoke Murphy's Law of Astronomy and the clouds will roll in...
