Before anyone tells me they don't last: I've been using this for 2 years but the key is to never scratch the coating, not even a single time. Only silicone utensils. Not even soft wood. And never run it over 800W to avoid aluminum core warping. It's my dedicated pancake-only pan. It's my baby. It gets transported in bubblewrap to avoid scratches. Everything that's not a pancake goes on my cast iron.
