It depends what kind of ban do you had.
If you were banned for a platform like substack you can only apologie and try to recover your content at least.
If you had your own server and ICAN or someone associated banned your domain yo can become up and running with an alternative domain, with a non ICANN DNS domain, os trying to use a big tech domain (for instance you register an account in blogger and redirects to your IP).
What did you write to get banned?

@javilopezg@mastodon.social @PogoWasRight@infosec.exchange I only report cybersecurity incidents in Chile, and the email Blogger sends says this: Why has your blog been removed? Your content violates our Malware and Similar Malicious Content policy.
