I passed all cars on today's bike ride. Despite low traffic volume, cars continue to demonstrate geometric inferiority.Zero honks were collected. A similar feat on Lake Street would have earned at least five honks!Primary difference appears to be the presence of a painted bike lane.
Conclusion: Bike lanes exist to coddle the egos of drivers. Bike lanes are car infrastructure.
