@Epic_Null@infosec.exchange @stevewfolds@mastodon.world @Em0nM4stodon@infosec.exchange When I was processing mortgages in the early 2000s, it was 30-31% for conventional loans, 33% for FHA and 35% for VA loans if I remember correctly.
